1. Q: How can I access my software after purchasing it?
A: You will receive an email with a download link or instructions for accessing your software after completing the purchase. The download Links to your software’s will be inside your Account
SAAS : You will get Individual account via Mail or On your Order List
WordPress : Some will be instant download in your account, while others will need a license key activated for your site.

2. Q: What should I do if I did not receive an email with access to my software after purchasing?
A: Check your spam/junk folder first. If you still can’t find the email, contact our customer support for assistance.

.3. Q: Is this site a group buy site?
A: No we do not participate on this site for group buys.  All of our software’s are available for instant purchase and less of a hassle.

4. Q: When should you contact technical support for a software function issue?
A: If you are unable to resolve the issue on your own or if it is a critical problem affecting your work, it is advisable to contact technical support of the software vendor you are using.  Most provide support, but if they haven’t got back to you within a week, contact our support so we can deal with the vendor.

5. Q: What is an OTO mean on your sales pages?
A: OTO means One-Time-Offer/Upsell/Upgrade of SAAS or Plugin by the vendor.

6. Q: Do you have refunds?
A: Yes and no. All SAAS have a 14 day refund policy or if we fail to deliver the software.  Most plugins have a no refund policy due to them being a digital download, sorry but this to stop people that file fraud charges and keep a plugin for free.  That’s why we state to buy at your discretion on the sales pages.  Only certain plugins that have a license to revoke in-case of a refund, can be refunded. The sales pages will show a no refund on digital plugins.  Visit our refund policy page https://marketprotools.com/refund-policy/.  If you file a Paypal dispute for anything other than non-delivery, you will be blacklisted.  Anyone on my Blacklist will not be able to participate in buying on this site and your account removed along with any rewards points accumulated.

7. Q: Why does my SAAS or plugins not working anymore?
A:  We have no control over this and more than likely the vendor shutdown the software for good, unless its just a maintenance.

8. Q: What is the rewards program?
A: Evertime you make a purchase you earn reward points. After every 150 points you get $5 off a purchase.

9. Q: Are your plugins hacked or nulled?

A: NO, we provide our customers with a license to insure the plugins are updated.  Nulled or pirated plugins versions are typically outdated and modified to include backdoors, allowing hackers easy access and control over your website and we don’t want that for our clients.
